Lab 1.5 Setting Connection Internet Mikrotik via LAN

Tujuan :
The purpose :
- Mengetahui setting koneksi internet di Mikrotik RouterOS
- Knowing the Internet connection settings in RouterOS

Perlengkapan :
Materials :
1. PC/Laptop
2. RouterBoard
3. Switch
4. 2 cable UTP
5. WinBox
6. VirtualBox

Langkah-langkah :
Steps :

1. Buka VirtualBox, lalu login menggunakan user admin dan password bisa langsung enter saja
1. Open VirtualBox, then login using the admin user and password can directly enter


2. Jika sudah masuk ke mikrotik, buka aplikasi WinBox dan remote menggunakan mac address
2. If you have entered into mikrotik, open applications and remote WinBox using mac address


3. Klik system, kemudian pilih Reset Configuration. Tunggu hingga proses Reset Configuration selesai
3. Click the system, and then select Reset Configuration. Wait until the process is completed Reset Configuration


Enable and Disable Interface

GUI

1. Buka aplikasi WinBox, remote menggunakan mac address
1. Open the application WinBox, remote using the mac address


2. Klik Interface
2. Click Interface


3. Klik ceklis untuk mengaktifkan interface, sebelumnya klik interface yang ingin di aktifkan
3. Click the tick to enable the interface, before click interface that you want to activate


4. Terlihat interface berhasil di aktifkan
4. Looks interface successfully activated


5. Klik tanda silang untuk menonaktifkan interface, sebelumnya klik interface yang ingin di nonaktifkan
5. Click on the cross to activate the interface, the previous click interface that you want to disable


6. Terlihat interface berhasil dinonaktifkan
6. Looks interface successfully deactivated


CLI

1. Klik New Terminal
2.Click New Terminal


2. Ketik perintah interface print untuk melihat interface yang ada pada RouterBoard
2. Type the command interface print to see the interface that is on RouterBoard


3. Ketik perintah interface enable (nomer interface) untuk mengaktifkan interface
3. Enter the enable command interface (interface number) to activate the interface


4. Terlihat interface berhasil diaktifkan
4. Looks interface successfully activated


5. Ketik perintah interface disable (nomer interface) untuk menonaktifkan interface
5. Type the command to disable the interface (interface number) to disable the interface


6. Terlihat interface berhasil dinonaktifkan
6. Looks inteface successfully deactivated


Rename Interface

1. Ketik perintah interface print untuk melihat nama interface yang ada pada RouterBoard
1. Type the command interface print to see the name of the interface on RouterBoard


2. Ubah nama interface ether1 menjadi public dan ether2 menjadi local. Jika sudah lihat interface kembali, dan terlihat nama interface berhasil di ubah
2. Rename ether1 interface becomes public and ether2 be local. If you've seen the interface back, and look successful in changing the name of the interface


IP Address Static

CLI

1. Tambahkan IP address pada interface public sesuai dengan IP pada jaringan LAN dengan perintah seperti tampilan di bawah
1. Add the IP address to the public in accordance with the IP interface on the LAN network with a command such as display below


2. Tambahkan IP Address pada interface local, dengan perintah seperti tampilan di bawah
2. Add the IP address on the local interface, with commands like appearance under


3. Cek hasil IP yang sudah dibuat tadi
3. Check the IP results that have been made earlier


GUI

1. Klik IP, kemudian pilih Addresses
1. Click the IP, then select the Addresses


2. Klik tanda tambah untuk menambah IP Address
2. Click the plus sign to add the IP Address


3. Isi IP Address dan interface, kemudian klik apply dan network akan muncul dengan sendirinya tanpa harus di isi. Jika sudah klik ok
3. Fill in the IP address and interface, then click apply and the network will appear by itself without having to be filled. If you have click ok


Add Gateway

CLI

1. Ketik perintah seperti dibawah ini untuk menambahkan gateway
1. Type the command as below to add the gateway


2. Cek hasil gateway yang sudah dibuat
2. Check the results of the gateway that has been made


GUI

1. Klik IP, kemudian pilih Routes
1. Click the IP, then select Routes


2. Klik tanda tambah untuk menambahkan gateway
2. Click the plus sign to add a gateway


3. Isi Dst. Address dan gateway, kemudian klik apply lalu ok
3. Fill Dst. Address and gateway, then click apply then ok


4. Coba ping gateway
4. Try pinging the gateway


Add DNS

GUI

1. Klik IP, kemudian pilih DNS
1. Click the IP, then select DNS


2. Isi kolom DNS, dan beri tanda ceklis pada kolom bagian bawah. Kemudian apply lalu ok
2. Fill in the DNS, and put a tick in the column bottom. Then apply then ok


3. Coba ping google.com
3. Try to ping google.com


Configuration Firewall

CLI

1. Ketik perintah seperti tampilan di bawah ini untuk konfigurasi firewall secara CLI
1. Type the command as below to display the firewall configuration CLI


2. Cek hasil firewall yang telah dibuat tadi
2. Check the results of the firewall that's been made earlier


GUI

1. Klik IP, kemudian pilih firewall
1. Click the IP, then select the firewall


2. Pilih NAT, kemudian klik tanda tambah untuk konfigurasi firewall
2. Select the NAT, then click the plus sign to the firewall configuration


3. Pilih General, kemudian atur Chain menjadi srcnat dan ubah Out. Interface menjadi wlan1
3. Select General, then set the Chain into srcnat and change-out. Interface into wlan1


4. Pilih Action kemudian ubah menjadi masquerade. Jika sudah klik apply lalu ok
4. Select Action and change into a masquerade. If you already click apply then ok


Client

1. Ubah IP Address pada laptop atau PC sesuai dengan IP Address pada ether2
1. Change the IP Address on a laptop or PC in accordance with the IP Address on ether2


2. Coba ping ke IP local, IP public, dan google.com
2. Try to ping the local IP, the IP addresses, and google.com

1.7 Backup and Restore Configuration

Tujuan :
The purpose :
- Mengetahui konfigurasi backup dan restore di RouterOS
- Knowing the configuration backup and restore in RouterOS

Perlengkapan :
Materials :
1. PC/Laptop
2. RouterBoard
3. Cable UTP
4. Wifi network

Langkah-langkah :
Steps :

Langkah awal saya konfigurasi pada Lab sebelumnya yaitu Lab 1.6 Setting Connection Internet RouterBoard via Wireless untuk di gunakan pada tahap Backup and Restore

Backup and Restore Menggunakan Password
Backup and Restore Using Password

1. Klik Files
1. Click Files


2. Klik Backup, untuk membackup semua konfigurasi
2. Click Backup to backup all configuration


3. Isi nama untuk file backup, lalu isi password. jika sudah klik backup
3. Fill in a name for the backup file, then fill in the password. if it is click backup


4. File berhasil di backup menggunakan password
4. File successfully in the backup using password

5. Drag file backup
5. Drag the backup file


6. Hapus file backup
6. Remove the backup file


7. Reset Configuration. Pertama klik System, lalu pilih Reset Configuration
7. Reset Configuration. First click System, then select Reset Configuration


8. Agar konfigurasi RouterBoard bersih, bisa pilih No Default Configuration. Lalu klik Reset Configuration
8. To clean RouterBoard configuration, can select No Default Configuration. Then click Reset Configuration


9. Tunggu hingga RouterBoard selesai mereset semua konfigurasi. Kemudian buka aplikasi Winbox, koneksikan menggunakan mac address
9. Wait until RouterBoard complete reset all configurations. Then open the Winbox application, connect using the mac address


10. Klik Files
10. Click Files


11. Drag file backup ke RouterBoard. Bisa juga di copy paste
11. Drag the backup file to RouterBoard. Can also copy and paste




12. Klik Restore
12. Click Restore


13. Masukkan password yang dibuat tadi pada saat membackup
13. Enter the password you created during backup


14. Klik yes
14. Click yes


15. Coba ping google.com dan terlihat RouterBoard tehubung ke internet. Proses backup dan restore berhasil
15. Try pinging google.com and look RouterBoard the connected to the internet. Backup and restore process successfully


Backup and Restore via Terminal (CLI)

1. Buka New Terminal, lalu backup semua konfigurasi dengan menggunakan perintah seperti tampilan di bawah ini. Untuk nama file bisa sesuai keinginan
1. Open New Terminal, then backup all configuration using a command such as display below. For the file name can be as desired


2. Jika sudah cek pada file list apakah file backup yang di buat tadi ada atau tidak dengan perintah #file list print jika ada bisa langsung Reset Konfigurasi dengan perintah #system reset-configuration no-defaults=yes
2. If you have a check in the file list if you created a backup file exists or not with #file command list if there can print directly to Reset Configuration with #system reset-configuration command no-defaults = yes


3. Restore dengan mengambil file yang tadi dibuat, seperti tampilan di bawah ini
3. Restore to retrieve files that you have made, such as the display below


Backup and restore (.rsc)

1. Lakukan backup dengan perintah seperti tampilan di bawah ini
1. Perform a backup with a command such as display below


2. Drag file backup
2. Drag the backup file


3. Buka file backup berekstensi .rsc dengan menggunakan aplikasi notepad lalu edit IP Address RouterBoard
3. Open the backup file extension .rsc using notepad and edit the application IP Address RouterBoard



4. Simpan konfigurasi yang sudah di ubah
4. Save the configuration has been changed


5. Restore konfigurasi dengan perintah seperti dibawah ini
5. Restore configuration with a command like this


6. Cek IP Address pada RouterBoard, terlihat IP Address sudah berubah. Backup and Restore (.rsc) berhasil
6. Check the IP Address on RouterBoard, visible IP address has changed. Backup and Restore (.rsc) successfully
